Dr. Sandra Carvalho specializes in Prosthodontics.Prosthodontics is the dental specialty pertaining to the diagnosis, treatment planning, rehabilitation and maintenance of the oral function, comfort, appearance and health of patients with clinical conditions associated with missing or deficient teeth. She has over 15 years of experience. Born in Medellin, Colombia, Dr Carvalho earned her dental degree at the prestigious Health Science Institutte of Medellin and in 1998 completed a Post graduate program in Public Health Management from Universidad EAFIT_CES.
 After practicing for several years as a general and cosmetic Dentist in Colombia she relocated to South Florida and was accepted in Nova South Eastern University where she completed her specialty in Prosthodontics. She is an active member of Osseointegration and of the American College of Prosthodontics.On her free time, Dr. Carvalho practices cycling and rollerblading.
