Dr. Sandra L. Escandon, MD

Sandra Escandon, M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship trained neurologist who specializes in headache medicine. She has been treating patients in the Ocean County community for over 25 years and is excited to have recently joined the Hackensack Meridian Medical Group team. Dr. Escandon holds board certifications in both neurology and headache medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Headache Society.
Dr. Escandon offers expert diagnosis and coordinated care for all types of headaches, and is supported by a highly trained neurology care team. Once the patient receives a diagnosis, Dr. Escandon works closely with each patient to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Dr. Escandon and her team ensure open communication with patients, and as part of the Hackensack Meridian network, she offers her patients and their families a full range of support services.
