Dr. Ghosh received his medical degree and his undergraduate degree in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Michigan. He served an internship in general surgery and a residency in neurosurgery at University of Southern California School of Medicine/Los Angeles County Hospital and a clinical fellowship in skull base surgery at the House Ear Clinic & St. Vincents Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Ghosh is a member of several professional organizations including the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the North American Skull Base Society. His continuing education includes courses on skull base and neurosurgery. Dr. Ghosh has published numerous articles and book chapters and has presented at many scientific meetings on topics related to neurosurgical research and techniques. His personal interests include tennis, cycling, skiing and scuba diving.
