A native of West Monroe, LA, Dr. Sarah Baker attended college in Shreveport at Centenary College. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology and graduated summa cum laude. She went to medical school at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport. She then moved to Chicago, where she did an Internship in General Surgery at Rush University. Afterward, she completed her Dermatology Residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Baker returned to Shreveport – Bossier City to start her practice.
She is a board certified dermatologist by the American Board of Dermatology with expertise in adult and pediatric dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
