Doctor Russell comes to us after being a registered nurse for more than 12 years and more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, She received her doctorate in Dentistry from the prestigious Howard University Dental School with high honors. She further advanced her training and obtained a post doctorate degree with honors from Howard University Hospital and Howard University College of Dental Medicine in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
