Stephen A. Kulick, M.D., is a board certified neurologist specializing in electrodiagnostic physiology. Before joining Healthcare Associates in Medicine, a division of Orlin and Cohen Medical Specialists Group in 1970, he served as the Assistant Chief of Medicine in Neurology at the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, NY.
Dr. Kulick completed his baccalaureate studies at Harvard University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. After earning his graduate degree from Columbia University, he returned to Massachusetts to obtain his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. Remaining in Boston, MA, Dr. Kulick completed his internship at Boston City Hospital. After he was an assistant resident in Medicine at Boston Veterans Administrative Hospital, Dr. Kulick subsequently completed his residency in Neurology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Kulick has researched and presented on such topics as acute hemorrhagic leukoencephalitis, the neurological …complication of Ewing’s sarcoma, and the clinical use of intrathecal methylprednisolone acetate following lumbar puncture, pneumoencephalography, and myelopgraphy. In conjunction with his tenure at HCA, Dr. Kulick maintains active fellowship with the American Academy of Neurology, Medical Society of State of New York, and Richmond County Medical Society.
