He completed an internal medicine residency Jewish Hospital Of Cincinnati, in 1979. This was followed by a dermatology residency at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Medical Center, in 1982. Dr. Presser is board certified in Dermatology and practices in Geneseo, NY. He is on the Courtesy Medical Staff at Noyes.
