About Dr. Gilman
Dr. Gilman is a fun, energetic, compassionate person who cares. His highest priority is the patient and their individual treatment needs. He realizes every patient is different and has different expectations. Dr. Gilman and his staff strive each day to reach the highest satisfaction of each patient. Dr. Gilman enjoys his profession and it shows with every new smile.
His formal education begins with undergraduate studies at Utah State University. He received his DMD (Dentariae Medicinae Doctoris) from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. There he published several papers and received an award for Superior achievement. He received his Orthodontic training at New York University (NYU). There he was chief resident, granted a faculty position, and was elected to the admissions board for the Orthodontics program.
Dr. Gilman has been granted a faculty position at the University of Louisville as an adjunct professor.
Dr. Gilman maintains several memberships …in Dental organizations. These memberships include: American Association of Orthodontics, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, Idaho State Orthodontic Society, and the American Dental Association. He has served two terms as secretary/treasurer for the Idaho State Orthodontic Society. He also maintains a good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
