Dr. Hodes is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA with a BA in Religious Studies. He received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY. He did his medical internship and residency at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center, Bronx, NY. Dr. Hodes received his fellowship in gastroenterology from Mount Sinai Medical Center and Bronx VA Hospital.
Dr. Hodes was the former President of the medical staff at Hackensack Meridian Raritan Bay Medical Center and is presently Senior Attending in Medicine both at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, N.J. and JFK University Medical Center in Edison, N.J. Doctor Hodes is an irritable bowel syndrome specialist, and has been listed as Top Doctor through Castle Connolly for many years.
Dr. Hodes published his first book in 2007, titled Metaphysician on Call for Better Health: Metaphysics and Medicine for Mind, Body and Spirit. He lectures extensively on the subject of …metaphysics and healing, writes a syndicated column, “Meta-Physician On Call”, and has been featured on News 12 NJ, 12 to Your Health.
