Although I was born in New Hampshire, I have lived in Tucson all but four years of my life. It is a wonderful place to live and I have a great job playing with and caring for kids all day; therefore, I have no intentions of ever leaving. I went to undergraduate school at Claremont McKenna College in Southern California. After four years in L.A., I returned to Tucson with my wife, where we both began our careers in medicine. We went to medical school and did our residency training at the University of Arizona. I was very fortunate to have been offered a position at Catalina Pediatrics during my third year of residency and my wife is a practicing Obstetrician/Gynecologist. We have two fantastic children, Rachel and Joshua.
My joy in being a Pediatrician is that kids are so genuine and spontaneous with their thoughts and feelings. They are also, for the most part, very resilient and happy. These things make it so easy to go to work every day. In addition, it is great to share in …the happiness of new parents and watch families grow.
My interests outside the office include my family, Major League Baseball, travel, and bike riding.
