Dr. Jossan is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons who enjoys hand surgery, general orthopaedics and fracture care. He specializes in upper extremity problems of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder in pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. He completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia and a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery from Yale University. He has been named a “Top Doctor” from 2005 to 2014 in Washingtonian Magazine. In 2011, Dr. Jossan was named Top Doctor in the USA by U.S. News and World Report for Hand Surgery. He was honored by U.S. News and World Report as one of 217 Top Hand Surgeons for the entire country, one of only two Hand Surgeons named in Virginia and the only Hand Surgeon named in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Dr. Jossan is also a current Castle Connolly nationally recognized Top Doctor. Dr. Jossan has also received added certification as a Hand Surgeon by the …American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Jossan founded Prince William Orthopaedics, Hand Surgery, and Sports Medicine in 1999. Located in close proximity to Dulles international airport, his practice serves a regional, national and international patient population.
