Dr. Susan Pansing, MD

Susan S. Pansing, MD is a Board Certified Neurologist who joins Western Neuro with more than 20 years of experience. Dr. Pansing completed a Medical Internship year at Harvard Medical School and her Neurology Residency at at Boston University. She is a Florida native and earned her Medical Degree at the University of Miami and a BS in Psychology, with a minor in Journalism, at the University of Florida.
Since her residency she has been practicing Adult General Neurology here in the Valley and in 2020 was voted a TOP DOC in Neurology by Phoenix Magazine. Dr. Pansing believes that mutual respect and collaboration is essential in maintaining a strong clinician-patient relationship and in finding individual solutions to health issues. Dr. “P’s” patient’s appreciate that she is a “good listener” and she strives to instill hope and motivation for her patients to stay on a path to well-being. Dr. Pansing feels most proud professionally when an existing patient refers a friend, family member …or co-worker to her for care.
In her free time, Dr. Pansing loves desert plants, swimming, cooking and spending time with her 3 dogs. She and her family are involved in many facets of the Arts and when she is not dabbling in DIY Interior Design projects, Dr. Pansing is attending one of her kids piano / guitar recitals or Theatre productions.
