Dr. TK, as he prefers to be called, graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He stayed in Michigan for his Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Then he moved south to a warmer climate for his Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He completed an additional fellowship in Echocardiography and achieved Level 3 training and National Board certification in Echocardiography in 1999. He continued his formal education and achieved his Nuclear Cardiology Certification in 2000. He practiced cardiology in Detroit, Michigan before joining Rocky Mountain Cardiovascular Associates in February 2001. His special interests are valvular heart disease, nuclear cardiology, and echocardiography.
Dr. TK is a connoisseur and collector of fine wines. During the winter, you will find him swooshing down the slopes of Colorado ski resorts. During the summer, he enjoys fly-fishing and outdoor activities. All year long, he can be found …at your local sushi bar.
