Dr. Timothy Dew, MD

Dr. Dew grew up in Indiana and received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Wheaton College. He received his medical degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine and his Orthopedic residency training at the Grand Rapids Orthopedic Residency Program associated with Michigan State University. He further received a distinguished fellowship at the Indiana Hand Center. Dr. Dew practiced surgery of the hand and upper extremity in Grand Rapids, MI from 2005-2009. He specializes in surgery of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. He has a special interest in pediatric and congenital upper extremity disorders. Dr. Dew is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and holds a certificate of added qualification in surgery of the hand. He is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dew enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. His hobbies include golf, tennis, and travel. He is …very involved in his church and has traveled to many countries performing hand surgery on short-term mission trips. He also volunteers at the Shriners Hospital for Children.
