Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this opportunity to help you get to know me.
Biography
I am originally from San Diego, where I completed both college and medical school. I have been with Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical on Sunset Boulevard since 2001. Occasionally, I also work out of Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center. I can remember wanting to be a physician since kindergarten, mainly due to the positive influence my pediatrician had on me. For the most part, my job is my favorite hobby. I also love interior decorating.
About my practice
I am an interventional radiologist, and I perform what is often referred to as “minimally invasive surgery.” All my procedures are done with imaging guidance through a small access in the skin. We perform procedures either in the office or in the hospital, on both children and adults, both elective and emergent, normally using conscious sedation.
How I thrive
I stay well by eating right, …exercising, and weighing myself daily. I thrive in mind, body, and spirit by spending lots of time with family and friends, listening to jazz, going to the theater, and traveling twice a month.
