Dr. Napieralski’s  passion for dentistry began at an early age. With an initial interest in medicine, the ability to artistically create smiles in dentistry was more appealing as a profession. Dr. Napieralski’s clinical skills were enhanced by his service in the United States Navy. His four years of service included time working side by side with many dental specialists from Universities across the globe. In 1994, he entered private practice by establishing Chelsea Family Dentistry.
Continuing Education / Awards
Dr. Napieralski received the Navy …Achievement Medal (NAM) on two occasions for Excellence in Clinical Dentistry.
Dr. Napieralski has earned Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry for his extensive hours of post graduate continuing education in all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Napieralski has completed extensive training in both the placement and restoration or dental implants, the standard of care for missing teeth.
Dr. Napieralski is a Certified Invisalign Provider, enhancing smiles with clear retainers.
Dr. Napieralski resides in Chelsea with his wife Peggy and twin boys, Hunter and Landon. He enjoys outdoor recreational and sporting activities with his family. He also enjoys motorsports and competitive auto racing.
