Dr. Todd Dent, DC

Todd Dent earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker Chiropractic College. Along with his studies, he attended seminars and training to expand his knowledge in the areas of sports chiropractic, biomechanics, physiotherapy, nutrition and neurology. Dr. Dent is also experienced in shoulder knee treatment, prenatal and pediatric chiropractic. Over the years, Dr. Dent’s love for learning has grown and he continues to explore new techniques and practices. Dr. Dent hopes to bring knowledge of the body’s natural healing process, complete wellness and health to all his patients.Dr. Dent was first introduced to chiropractic after a spinal injury he’d received years previously in the military. The chiropractor was the only one that had gotten him better. During his treatments, he had many in-depth conversations about the philosophy and mission of the practice. His love for science and compassionate nature was noticed by his Doctor, who suggested that Todd explore chiropractic as a …career. He graduated from Parker College in Dallas with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelors in Anatomy and Health and Wellness. Upon graduation he was afforded the opportunity to work with fellow veterans at the Dallas VA as a treating physician.He decided early on he wanted to be in private practice and ran a successful practice for 8 years in Rockwall, TX before leaving many cherished friends and patients and relocating to the Raleigh area in 2018. During his time in Texas he served as the team chiropractor for a semi-pro football team the Collin County Rattlersworked in office at Heavenly Hands birthing centerserved on the board of the local YMCAparticipated in several triathlonswas active in the betterment of the local communitysupported youth athleticsHe continues to be an annual sponsor and participate with The Challenged Athletes Foundation, something near and dear to this heart.Dr. Dent is committed to getting his patients better and is elated to be in Cary, opening the doors on Docs Spine and Sports Medicine. He resides in New Hill with his wife and three sons.
