Dr. Troy N. Elms

Hi, my name is Patricia and I am Dr. Elms’ Treatment Coordinator and a registered Dental Assistant. I have been a part of Dr. Elms’ team since August of 1998. My job duties include welcoming and educating new patients and their families, as well as helping navigate all aspects of our office.
We as a team like to think of this office like our home, and each time that you come in, we want you to feel like you are welcome guests!
I have three children, Kassandra, Carlos and Elaina.
Sophia – Patient Services Coordinator
Hi. My name is Sophia and I have been working for Dr. Elms since June 2000 as a full-time Registered Dental Assistant. I, along with my co-workers/friends, assist Dr. Elms and each other, chairside. Some of my behind-the-scenes duties include: sterilizing instruments, educating patients, restocking cabinets and drawers, and lab work. I am also responsible for ordering supplies needed for our office. I can honestly say that I have the perfect job. I have an awesome …boss – Dr. Elms, please take a bow! I love working with all the ladies here, and Perry too!
I am blessed to have a big and beautiful family that includes my extended family here at Dr. Elms’ office. I have three amazing kids: Jasmine, Christian and Isabella. I stay pretty busy as a mother, between soccer games, movies, reading, work, school, cooking, cleaning and personal chauffeur etc, I enjoy every minute of every day!
I consider each day a gift from God, so I thank Him for giving me a chance to relive it once more.
I have seen so many smiles throughout the years: big, small, quick, shy, happy, silly and teary-eyed ones and they all amount to a unique smile.

Marie – Patient Services Coordinator
Hi, my name is Marie and I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I have loved working in dentistry and orthodontics since October of 1977. I have been with Dr. Elms since April 2005. I love who I work for, who I work with, and who I get to work on! My hopes are to be here with Dr. Elms until I am ready to retire!
My husband, David, and I have been married since March of 1978. We have four children: Derick, Christine and our twins Samantha and Philip. My daughter Christine and her husband Derrick are expecting our first grandchild in October 2008.
I love God, my family, my job, my coworkers, cooking, gardening, sewing, scrap booking and reading, in that order.
My job duties include, most importantly, working with patients, assisting Dr. Elms, lab duties, sterilizing instruments, restocking, instructing patients in orthodontic care and overseeing the dental models from start to finish. I am also your go-to person for Invisalign.
Stephanie – Patient Services Coordinator
Hi! My name is Stephanie and I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I began working with Dr. Elms in 1995 and then moved away in 1997. I worked with an Orthodontist in the Houston area for 10 years. When I moved back to Bryan/ College Station, Dr. Elms and his staff welcomed me back with open arms.
I have been a Patient Services Coordinator since 1995 and I enjoy every minute of it. I also help as a Treatment Coordinator when needed to assure that our patients are well taken care of. As part of our team, I also do lab work and assist with our in-office marketing. What I love most about being in this field of dentistry is witnessing a life-changing experience that our patients go through.
I enjoy watching movies with my daughter, Jalyn, and playing basketball with my son, Joshua. I love being home and back at Elms Orthodontics.
Kelli – Patient Services Coordinator
Hi. My name is Kelli and I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I am originally from San Antonio and I moved to College Station after graduating from the dental assisting program at San Antonio College. I started working for Dr. Elms in September of 2007. My Husband and I love living in the Bryan/College station area. I have enjoyed getting to know the wonderful staff here at Elms
