Victoria Whitmire is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience working with teens and families, including in crisis intervention counseling and emergency psychiatric services. She is passionate about helping youth and their families navigate past trauma, self-harm, behavioral issues, substance abuse, depression, and anxiety—or simply offering extra support in managing stress. Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University, and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas-Arlington, with a direct practice in Mental Health and Substance Abuse. She can offer guidance during difficult times, challenges, and life transitions. She believes in an eclectic counseling approach, providing a supportive and safe space for individuals who would like to explore experiences, achieve their goals, and build skills to help them thrive.
