For 25 years, Dr. William Derkasch has been providing patients with exceptional comprehensive and cosmetic dental care. Highly educated, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from SUNY Albany. He then obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Georgetown Dental School.
Dr. Derkasch feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of dentistry. Thus, he maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, New Jersey Dental Association, Union County Dental Association, North Jersey Implant Group Study Club and New Jersey Study Club for Interdisciplinary Dentistry.
To give back to his community, Dr. Derkasch volunteers with the Smile Train organization and participates in the Susan G. Komen Cancer Research Relay for Life.
In his personal life, …he has been married to his wife, Roseann, for 22 years, and is the father of three children, Courtney, Alexa and Liam. Dr. Derkasch enjoys a number of outdoor activities with his family, including skiing, biking, rafting, swimming, diving and karate.
