Dr. Arvan has almost twenty years of experience in the surgical and therapeutic treatment of the ocular pathology and ten years of experience in ophthalmology scientific research. He finished his second Ophthalmology residency in 1999 at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and completed a Fellowship in 2004 at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He began his practice at Greenbrier Physicians in July 2004. Dr. Arvan resides with his family in Lewisburg, WV.
