Dr. Zahra H. Moshref, MD

Zahra Moshref is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and Registered Nurse (RN) who has over 4 years of mental health experience and about 20 years of nursing experience. Zahra is experienced in treating patients who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder I and II, OCD, borderline personality disorder, autism, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and alcohol use disorder. Zahra received her Master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University in Lafayette Indiana, and then went on to complete her Post-Graduate Certification degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Regis College. Being a first generation immigrant and also a mother of three, she appreciates that everyone’s challenges are unique to them.
