      I came in with a shoulder injury that I was sure would sideline me for half a year. James is incredible. He is not just a guy who gives you a sheet of exercises and walks away. He can watch you do a movement and pinpoint exactly what is not firing correctly. My recovery was faster than I ever expected. My strength is back and my form is actually better than it was before the injury. Just a top notch professional.
