Professionally: I went to Indiana University Bloomington and received a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in psychology. I attended Western Kentucky University for 1200+ hours of dietetic supervision, receiving a Graduate Certificate of Dietetic Practice. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and completed this training with Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. I obtained my Master’s degree from Ball State University in nutrition science. I am training and completing supervision to become a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. I thoroughly enjoy the work I do and the people I’ve met along the way. Personally: I love my family! My husband, son and two doodles are always fun and keeping me busy! I like spending time in nature, walking and finding pretty places to visit. I love watching a good show, which rotates depending what came out recently. I personally relate to ADHD, …anxiety, depression and eating disorder struggles.
