After graduating from medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in 1986, Dr. Samaniego continued his education at Baylor and completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1990. Dr. Samaniego is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
