Dr. Clements, a foot and ankle specialist at Carilion Clinic, earned his medical degree from Temple University and completed his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital. As chief of the Foot and Ankle Section, he specializes in reconstruction, diabetic foot, and ankle trauma. Certified by the Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine, and the American College of Podiatric Surgery, he has received the Presidents Award from the Virginia Podiatric Medical Association. He teaches at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Clements also enjoys recreational flying and is listed in the FAA’s Airmen Certification Database.
