I became a physical therapist because it is the perfect combination of helping people, problem solving and forming connections with others. I felt called to lymphedema and oncology rehab because of a personal connection and the ability it has to improve quality of life. I believe everyone deserves to meet their functional goals, whether that is returning to sport, playing with kids/grandkids or anything in between. Everyone has a unique story and life goals that shape who they are and I take this into account with each patient I meet. Outside of work, I like to exercise. I love HIIT training, yoga, rock climbing, running and cycling. On the weekends, I also like to explore coffee shops and bookstores.
