I became a Physical Therapist to help people return to the activities they love most, and to promote lifelong exercise and wellness. I have worked with all forms of athletes, from avid pickleball players, to National Football League (NFL) and college football players. Having been a former athlete, I know the desire to get back to your sport/hobby, and I work alongside my patients to get them back to that level, or even beyond. Personally, I enjoy all outdoor activities, in particular hiking and backpacking, and I am an avid home chef and foodie.
