Facility not kept clean. Appointment wait time often 3 hours or more. The Dr has loud TV’s in every room which he watches throughout all visits. This Dr forces patients to take pain injections or he will not continue care. I believe it is foe billing purposes. Then after several visits I was told that to continue being seen by Dr Margolin I would be required to change my insurance to an Advantage choice instead of Medicare and private insurance & therefore I moved my pain Management to a practice that respects patients.
