Shannon has been a Registered Dietitian for 15 years and has spent most of her career in outpatient nutrition counseling and education. She has a variety of experience in pediatrics and holds a Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management. She especially enjoys helping children and their families with weight concerns, food allergies and eating disorders. She has also spent a number of years teaching an adult weight management/healthy lifestyle class and enjoys helping adults improve their health while navigating the busyness of life.
