As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I help people discover the underlying issues to their maladaptive behaviors. I have been in the helping professions for 20 years in different capacities, and I truly enjoy what I do. My approach to treatment is collaborative. I truly believe in making the treatment fit the client, and not the client fit the treatment. I use various treatment modalities from evidence based theoretical frameworks. I specialize in substance use disorders and dual diagnoses. I work well with issues of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress management, and feeling of hopelessness.
