Alexa has more than 16 years of experience working in the dietetic field, focusing on weight management, sports nutrition, eating disorders and overall health and wellness. Alexa interned with collegiate athletes at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and began her professional career as a Dietitian working at an eating disorder clinic. She has worked with many collegiate and professional sports teams and athletes such as those in the UFC, NBA, and NHL. She finds a strong passion in helping people of all levels and backgrounds improve their relationship with food and learn how to fuel their body for life.
