Christine is a registered and licensed dietitian with nearly 12 years of medical nutrition therapy experience in various healthcare settings, including the University of Chicago Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, obtained her RD certificate after her dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay, and later finished her Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago. She is passionate about helping others reach their fitness, health, and wellness goals, while understanding there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Christine will collaborate with you and empower you to make healthful changes. When Christine is not working, she enjoys trying new restaurants in the Chicagoland area, spending time with her two little girls, and traveling the world.
