Diksha is a registered dietitian, with over 15 years of experience. She spent about ten years working in a hospital setting assessing nutritional needs and implemented enteral and parenteral nutrition plans for critically ill patients. Currently in a telehealth setting, Diksha focuses on educating individuals about the role of nutrients in supporting their wellbeing. Her kids’ food allergies have always intrigued her to learn more about gut and immune function. Diksha also applied her knowledge to practice in her own journey of achieving wellness victories, especially after being diagnosed with preeclampsia and gestational diabetes during her pregnancies.
