Abby Feinberg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping individuals to explore, couples to resolve issues, and families to navigate and enhance the health in their dynamics. Abby also specializes in stress management, self-esteem, major life transitions, parenting, and trauma. Abby completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at Smith College School for Social Work. She received training in an array of clinical interventions, including psychoanalytic approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). However, Abby is best known for her creative and flexible integration of skills, providing effective approaches tailored to each client.
