Alex Hayes is a Counselor in pursuit of her Clinical Mental Health Counseling (LCMHC) license and has over 3 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about working with adolescents and adults. Alex has expertise in working with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm, personality disorders, relationship dynamics, and trauma, with a mix of modalities, including CBT, DBT, and art therapy. Alex completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University. Alex uses an eclectic mix of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address your unique needs and goals.
