Dr. Ali R. Samikoglu is a board-certified adult psychiatrist in Minnesota who has been practicing since 2019. He completed Medical School at University of Minnesota and his Psychiatry Residency at Hennepin-Regions Psychiatry Residency Program. Dr. Samikoglu provides his patients with a thorough evaluation of their condition, a clear explanation of treatment options and the role therapy, medications, lifestyle interventions and other treatment modalities could play in their efforts at recovery. He maintains a close partnership with his patients to try to find the optimal treatment approach to improve their daily functioning and overall mental health. Dr. Samikoglu favors an integrative and individualized approach to treatment of mental disorders and follows a prudent and evidence-based strategy in formulating his treatment recommendations.
Outside of work, Dr. Samikoglu enjoys cooking, skiing, mountain climbing, and spending time with his children.
