Dr. Alix M. Price, PhD

Dr. Alix Price is a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP-BCC) who has more than 10 years of experience. She believes in holistic recovery and is particularly passionate about the importance of connection within the therapy relationship. Dr. Price works with adults and seniors who are struggling with adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, borderline personality disorder, depression, grief, life problems, mood disorders, women’s issues, and much more. Dr. Price completed her Doctorate of Psychology at the Florida Institute of Technology. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, using skills from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) within a larger framework of mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused models. She recognizes the important combination of open communication and goal setting is key within therapeutic relationships. Dr. Price is inspired by creativity, diversity, …learning, and family.
