Dr. Amanda Jimenez-Lawson, MD

Dr. Amanda Jimenez-Lawson is a native Texan who was born in San Antonio. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and minor in Spanish. Dr. Jimenez-Lawson is bilingual and speaks conversational and medical Spanish. She first learned Spanish when attending high school in Caracas, Venezuela. Dr. Jimenez-Lawson then attended medical school at la Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. Following completion of medical school, she performed her Pre-Internship at New York Medical College. She then went on to perform her residency at Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Dr. Jimenez-Lawson is board-certified in Internal Medicine.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, and traveling.
