Interventional Cardiologist for Heart Center of North Texas graduated from Sir Syed Degree College in Rawalpindi Pakistan. He continued his medical education at the Army Medical College where he was rewarded with several honors, a Presidential Medal in Pathology, and the Dean’s Award for Distinguished Graduates.
Doctor Malik completed his Internship in Internal Medicine and General Surgery at the Military Hospital in Rawalpindi. He continued with his Residency in Internal Medicine at University Hospital State University of New York. He subsequently underwent fellowship training in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at State University of New York, Stony Brook.
His professional memberships include the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, the American College of Cardiology, the Texas Medical Association, the American Medical Association, the Tarrant County Medical Association, and the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.
