Anastasia Kinsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost 4 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about working with a variety of clients facing different issues. She is excited to work with the unique challenges of every client. She is also interested in providing services in many different ways: individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy sessions, and couples counseling. Anastasia specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and anger-related problems. Anastasia completed her master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Southeast University in Missouri. She is a former clinical therapist and school-based therapist with many experiences working with trauma, depression, and anxiety symptoms. This, coupled with her professional experience, allows her to provide the guidance, support, and coping skills that clients are looking for in therapy. Anastasia utilizes many treatment approaches including mindfulness, acceptance …and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
