Dr. Crisp has built an impressive 18-year career as a cataract surgeon and ocular disease specialist. She excels as a compassionate ophthalmologist who cares deeply about her patients and strives to give them the best eye care possible. Before joining our team here in Nashville, Dr. Crisp completed a three-year residency at Louisiana State University and later became a resident instructor at Tulane Medical Center. She completed her Medical Doctorate at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She has been practicing Anterior Segment Ophthalmology specializing in cataract surgery since 1992. She is most recognized for her accomplished skills in no-stitch micro-incision cataract surgery and the management and care of patients with glaucoma , including SLT laser therapy.
