Angelouses an eclectic approach from his years studying under those of different psychoeducational backgrounds. He focuses on cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and meditation, and client-centered approaches to allow clients to explore what is going on in a way that feels most comfortable and appropriate for them. Angelo looks to create a strong and empathic relationship with you in order to be beneficial with exploring issues as well as solutions, whether that be through setting goals or gaining clarity on different topics.
