Dr. Antoinette Farah is an Oregon native who graduated from Lewis and Clark College in 1989 with a BA. She received her MD degree from OHSU in 1994. She completed her pediatric residency at OHSU in 1997. She joined Childhood Health in 1997. She has a special interest in the area of our clinicĂ¢â‚¬â„¢s customer service. She enjoys travel, crafts, cooking, British movies, and good books.
