Dr. Audrey Goddard

Audrey Goddard is licensed in the state of Indiana as a Mental Health Counselor and has over 7 years of experience. She enjoys working with a variety of clients who have varying needs. However, her specialties include depressive disorders,anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+, family systems, and behavior modification. Audrey Goddard received a Masters in Counseling and Human Services in 2015 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2011 from Indiana University of South Bend. Audrey’s approach is to meet clients where they are and create a plan to get them where they want to be. Audrey does so in a client-centered, non-judgmental, and compassionate manner. Through listening, understanding, and validating, Audrey’s clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. She utilizes CBT, DBT, solution-focused, EMDR, triple-P positive parenting, motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation.
