Dr. Bettina Gabriela Papouchado, MD

Bettina Gabriela Papouchado, MD, is an Associate Staff physician in the Department of Pathology, located on the main campus of Cleveland Clinic. She was appointed in 2007 after completing a fellowship in cytopathology and breast pathology there. Prior to her appointment, she was a resident in anatomic and clinical pathology, also at Cleveland Clinic. Her specialty interests include anatomic pathology, cytopathology and breast pathology. Dr. Papouchado received her medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine, Buenos Aires, Argentina, graduating with honors. Upon graduation, she served as a research fellow in the Department of Immunology and Allergy at the Mayo Clinic, followed by her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She is licensed to practice medicine in Minnesota and Ohio. She received an award for finishing in the top 10 percentile of her graduating class at Buenos Aires School of Medicine and was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship from the
