Dr. Brent Benson Ward, MD

Dr. Ward completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Michigan and maintains a practice in Oral/Head and Neck Cancer and Microvascular Surgery in the department of Surgery, Section of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His major focus is the treatment of tumors of the head and neck with the goal of removing diseased tissue while maintaining or restoring oral and facial function and esthetics. He accomplishes this through state of the art reconstructive procedures including transfer of bone and soft tissue from distant parts of the body. Where necessary his expertise includes procedures that, working with his dental colleagues, lead to full oral/dental rehabilitation.
