Dr. Brett Gibson, MD

My goal is to educate my patients about their orthopedic conditions and empower them to select a personalized treatment plan. I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders using the latest techniques delivered at the highest standard of care. I strive to provide compassionate care and to promote an active lifestyle for patients of all ages and abilities.
I am board-certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons with a subspecialty certificate in orthopedic sports medicine. I am an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
I completed my medical school and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by fellowship training in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at the University of Colorado. Over the years, I have published several manuscripts and book chapters in the orthopedic literature, and I have served as team physician at a number of high …schools and colleges across the Lehigh Valley and beyond.
When I am not spending time with my wife and three children, I enjoy cycling and rowing, playing music, reading, cheering for the Chicago Cubs, and traveling to our national parks and other destinations.
