My journey involves helping youth and adolescents navigate the complexities of mental health, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, grief, and behavioral challenges. As a licensed professional, I blend evidence-based practices with a genuine passion for fostering positive change and a commitment to providing a culture where each student feels seen, heard, and supported on their unique path. When not in the office, I enjoy exploring the Four Corners with my family and dogs.
