Dr. Cary Bly
Dr. Cary Bly is the most recent addition to the staff and the most local, having grown up on Kent Island. Dr. Bly graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School, and completed her periodontal residency at Virginia Commonwealth University where she was chief resident. Dr. Bly has achieved board certification from the American Board of Periodontology and like Drs. Odell and Miele, is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Bly is also a member of the American Dental Association, Southern Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, Maryland State Dental Association and is currently president elect of the Anne Arundel County Dental Society.
Dr. Bly volunteers her professional services at the Stanton Center, a free dental clinic in Annapolis as well as the Mission Of Mercy, providing free dental care in rural areas of Maryland. In a recent survey, Dr. Bly was voted “Best Periodontist in Annapolis.”
Dr. Bly is married to Russ, a high …school band and orchestra director and they live in Annapolis, Maryland.
Additionally, Drs. Odell, Miele and Bly organize a local study club to provide continuing education to dental hygienists.
